Oven baked fish with parsley and tomato recipe

Fresh and bursting with flavor, this white fish fillet bake is a must try! Enjoy it with a side of bread, rice or simply as it is.


350gr fish fillet

3 medium tomatoes

2 celery stalks

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

2 crushed garlic cloves

1/2 lemon juice

3 tbsp olive oil



  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C

  2. Chop the celery, tomatoes, parsley and place in baking pan; season with salt and pepper to taste

  3. Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper and add to pan along with the olive oil, lemon juice and garlic; mix all ingredients well together

  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30mins at 180C then take the pan out of the oven, sprinkle the breadcrumbs on the fish and bake uncovered for another 40-50mins at 200C
