Baked Greek chicken breast recipe

Chicken breast, creamy yoghurt, parsley, garlic, lemon, coriander and chili powder- what more can one ask for in a marinade! Bake and serve with a side Greek salad and/or rice and enjoy :)


 

Prep time: 20 mins

Cooking time: 25 mins


Ingredients:

500g chicken breast

4 tbsp Greek yoghurt

1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

2 cloves of crushed garlic

1/2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp dry coriander

2 tbsp juice of lemon

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C

  2. Slightly flatten the chicken breasts then place in a large dish

  3. Add all the ingredients to the chicken and mix well

  4. Marinate for 30mins up to 24hrs

  5. Cover the oven tray with a baking sheet, place the chicken and bake for 20-25 mins at 200C or until no longer pink (flip halfway)

  6. Let it sit for 5 mins then enjoy with a side of Greek salad, rice or pasta!
